1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ProFoundr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and current information in your profile and company listings. You may not impersonate another person or company, or misrepresent your qualifications, licenses, or certifications.
3. Profiles and Listings
You own the content you post. You grant ProFoundr a license to display it on the platform. We reserve the right to remove or suspend content that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms. Verified and Gold badges are granted at ProFoundr's discretion and cannot be self-assigned.
4. Inquiries and Leads
ProFoundr facilitates connections between users through inquiries and project listings. We are not a party to any contract between you and another user. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any company or professional you contact through the platform.
5. ProFoundr Gold
Gold subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Subscription status is updated via Stripe webhooks. Refunds are handled at our discretion. Gold features may change over time.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use ProFoundr to harass others, post false or misleading information, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
ProFoundr is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform or from interactions with other users.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ProFoundr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
